Discover a healthier, happier you with Carnival Cruise Line

There's a holiday and then there's an ultimate holiday. A vacation from a vacation. On board Carnival cruises, taking a break from fun and excitement is strongly encouraged. From the Bahamas to Cuba, their ships sail the oceans to transport you to your dream location in style and whilst feeling recharged. Carnival Line Cruises travel to the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexican Riviera, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, New England, Bermuda, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands with trips ranging from 3 to 16 days. To promote the importance of well-being and rejuvenation this January, Carnival held an exclusive Yoga Energiser Event located at the National Theatre on London's Southbank. Guests enjoyed a interactive showcasing of some of the remedying spa treatments and fitness sessions available on board, with the City's own coastal backdrop from the National Theatre's exclusive upper 'Deck'.

On the upper deck of the Carnival cruise ships, guests can benefit from the same start to their day with the refreshing sea air and sunshine. Carnival Line Cruises offer a number of on-board fitness classes such as pilates, cycling as well as the exterior jogging track in the sun.

To enhance the cleansing benefits of your holiday, Carnival also offer a breakfast with health and wellbeing at the forefront. Cleaner options such as granola, yoghurt, pressed juices from smoked salmon, protein-balls, pressed fresh juices, fruit platters and lots more tempt taste buds after a vitalising spinning class.

Infrared Heat Chamber

If this all gets too much, the Cloud 9 Spa™ awaits with treatments from luxury skincare brand ELEMIS and a series of amenities designed to reach a state of complete Zen. On board Carnival's newest ship, the Vista, launched last spring, guests have the option of exploring two floors of spa features. As well as facials, shoulder, neck and back massages to cleanse and restore tranquillity, a trip to the new infrared sauna will complete your stay.

The chamber’s heating system is built into the walls with 80 percent of the heat gently warming the body and the remaining 20 percent of infrared heat released into the air. The beneficial effects include body detoxification, burning calories, decreased inflammation, pain relief and improved blood circulation. A great way to wind down after a workout.

Make the most from your relaxation: Cloud 9 Spa Staterooms

The Carnival Vista features 98 spa staterooms and six spa suites. Guests in these accommodations can access the spa with convenience and are eligible for exclusive packages, discounts and priority spa appointments. The staterooms and suites have additional in-room spa-related amenities such as the deluxe whirlpool tub in suites, spa-branded bathrobes and slippers and luxurious décor that harmonises with the soothing and relaxing theme of the Cloud 9 Spa.

Looking for a bit of pampering perhaps?

Or worried about pool hair? Don't be. There's a salon with full hair and nail services, men’s barber and grooming area and special stations for manicures and pedicures 💅
