Lively Dim Sum chain Ping Pong are joining in the festivities this January 29th with a Chinese New Year Menu set to impress. To honour the year of the Red Rooster, as well as the restaurant's 12th anniversary, dishes are decadent, luxurious, colourful and detailed touches symbolise luck and prosperity for the year ahead.
Ping Pong will be celebrating across its nine restaurants in the capital whilst the Chinese New Year parade is in full swing. The limited edition menu features the very instagrammable 'Seafood Treasure Dumplings' at £4.95, garnished with edible glitter (above left). Celebratory cocktails such the flaming Fire Rooster Cocktail (£7.90) created with fiery red rum, blood orange liqueur are a recommended pairing with some 24-hour marinated sriracha wings in cherry wood.
The restaurant will be celebrating Chinese New Year from January 17 to February 11th with in-house dancers and dragons to arrive in select restaurants from Sunday 29th.
