Eggs Benedict Recipe with Hollandaise Sauce

You will need:

1 English Muffin Bun
Some slices of Smoked Salmon (or Bacon, if you prefer)
A fresh egg to poach
Cherry Tomatoes
An Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
Olive Oil

For the Hollandaise Sauce:

3 Egg yolks
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
10 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
