The Coconut Collaborative - Natural Yoghurt

There's a truck load of different Natural Yoghurts you can choose from in the supermarket, so why would you go for The Coconut Collaborative? Well, first of all, Coconut Milk is naturally sweet whilst containing no gluten, soya or dairy, and these products contain no added sugar either. They are also suitable for Vegans and are a great healthy snack for kids and adults.

I decided to try the Coconut Collaborative Natural Yoghurt with some of Waitrose's Fruit and Nut Granola and some fresh banana.

The Coconut Collaborative was much lighter and thinner in consistency compared to yoghurts made from cow milk. It wasn't gloopy or runny though and it smelt really fresh and had a lovely hint of coconut. The most pleasing aspect of eating this Natural Yoghurt was how refreshing it was. I really think that the light blue colour of the branding here reflected the all of the vitalising and purified aspects of the brand. It made me think of a refreshing smoothie or a cool snack on a hot day at the beach! (Thanks for the quick escapism guys!)

I've currently been going through a transition of alternatives to cow milk and then after enjoying the departure of a bloated tummy, it passed onto yoghurts too. I only drink Almond Milk (or Soya when I can't get my hands on Almond milk) and then I started eating the Alpro Soya Yoghurt too. I have definitely been converted with Coconut Milk Yoghurt though. It went perfectly with my granola and banana and left me full of energy for the rest of the day.

The yoghurt that The Coconut Collaborative make is full of healthy live cultures and there is no added sugar. In addition to breakfast meals, I also think this product would be great on top of a spicy curry as its refreshing and cooling effect would be great as something that balances out the spiciness and heat. It would be perfect with a fruit salad too or even in a cake or yoghurt based cheesecake for any vegans out there.

Coconut Collaborative products are stocked in Waitrose, Harvey Nichols, Itsu and Daylesford Organic Farm in Gloucestershire. You need to get your hands on this Natural Yoghurt alternative. I'd love to know what you think so if you do manage to try some of their products, let me know!
